If you have difficulty placing your order or navigating through our website, please restart your browser. If the problems persist, contact me and I will help you as soon as possible.

Make payments

You can pay for your order with a credit or debit card or Bizum. If you choose a card, you can pay with Visa or MasterCard securely over the Internet. The payment is managed through Redsys with secure encryption and under strict banking regulations. Your card details are sent directly to the bank, so it is impossible for anyone other than the bank to read or access them.

Confirmation of your order

Once I have received your order, I will send you a confirmation to the email address you have provided. Please, it is important that you provide a real and correct email address when ordering. Save this email so you can contact customer service if you need it. The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as a guarantee of proof of purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

At bahiabags.com/en we accept returns if:

  • I received the order in bad condition.
  • I have the wrong size and I would like to change it.
  • The product is not what I expected and I would like to change it for another or return it.

In any of the cases, it is essential that the products subject to a change or return are in perfect condition and without obvious signs of use, otherwise no change or return can be made. You must send it in the same envelope that you received it, since it is reusable. If you cannot reuse it, because you have broken it, send it in a suitable box or envelope, to ensure that the bag reaches me in perfect condition. If the items are received in poor condition, I will not be able to make the requested return.

How can I make an exchange or a return?

1- Write an email to hola@bahiabags.com/en and I will inform you of the process to follow.

2 – Pack what you want to return in its original packaging. The bag must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused and with a label.

Indicate the sender and the delivery address in a visible area of the package and send it to the address that we will send you by mail.

3 – When the bag arrives, you will receive a confirmation email and I will proceed with the refund or exchange. In case of return, the payment of the amount will be made in the same form of payment in which the order was made and an informative email will be sent.

4 – The term to make a return is 15 days.
